Preparation
Melt the sugar in a medium pot over medium heat until you get a blond caramel. Add butter and mix with wooden shovel
Add the LALA® Evaporated Milk with the LALA® Half Cream and the vanilla, mix and cook for 20 minutes on low heat moving constantly to avoid burning.
Let cool and empty in a bowl. Refrigerate
