Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Melt 120 grams of butter with 200 grams of chocolate semiamargo a bain marie. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 3 minutes, then add the flour and stir. Add the chocolate mixture with butter, already melted and mix again. Bake in a greased and floured pancake mold for 40 minutes.
For the filling, in a saucepan heat the cream to beat and the chocolate until the latter melts. Remove from heat and let cool.
For the bitumen, melt the rest of the butter (60 grams) with the rest of the chocolate semiamargo (130 grams) and leave to warm.
Place the cold cake where it will be presented, cut horizontally, spread the filling generously in half and replace the pastel rectangle that was removed. Pour the bitumen overflowing a bit, or if you want you can cover the entire cake.
