Delicious chocolate balls, ideal for a delicious dessert after lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake flour, of chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 500 grams chocolate, to melt
  • 1 package vanilla pudding, or banana

Preparation

Prepare the cake according to the instructions on the back of the box, using the eggs, butter and milk.
Once the cake is ready, wait for it to cool in a large mold to start crushing it with your hands.
Add the package of banana or vanilla pudding and mix until you get a paste with which we will start to form small balls.
On the other hand you should melt the chocolate either in a bain-marie or in the microwave (if it is in the microwave, it will be done in 30 seconds until it melts and taking care that it does not burn).
Now we begin to cover the balls with chocolate and put them on a base covered with transparent paper or aluminum (this so that they do not stick.
And all covered, we leave them in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes or until they notice that the chocolate is completely solid and they are ready to eat and share.
