Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °. Grease and flour a muffin tin.
Mix the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
Mix the sugar with the FAGE Total 0% Greek Type Yoghurt, the olive oil, the eggs and the vanilla extract with an egg beater until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Fold the ingredients with a spatula until just combined.
Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth the surface with a spatula. Place the pan in the center of the oven until the muffin is golden on top and a toothpick in the center comes out clean, 50 minutes.
Let the cake cool for 20 minutes and run a knife along the edges, invert it on a rack and wait for it to cool completely.
Crumble the cake and add the cream cheese and hazelnut cream, mix well and make balls.
Put in the refrigerator for 35 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler
Bathe the cake pops.
Sprinkle with pistachio, walnut or sugar.
