Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 pieces of egg medium

  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder

  • 1 stick of Double cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar

    Preparation

    Beat in a bowl, the eggs, the sugar, the oil, the flour, the vanilla, 2 tablespoons of liquor and the baking powder until it is a creamy and thick consistency.
    Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
    Include the almonds in pieces to the mixture.
    Put pots in the molds, one layer per mold.
    Fill the cups up to just over half.
    Since all the mixture is in the cups that are in the molds, put them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    While the pastries are in the oven, mix the cream cheese with the icing sugar little by little.
    When these ingredients are incorporated, include the remaining liquor, this time beat at high speed so there are no lumps.
    Remove the pastries from the oven, let cool, remove from the molds.
    With a spoon or a pastry bag, place the cheese cover and amaretto the cupcakes.
    Eat them hot or cold.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can put a pinch of cinnamon powder to the cover so it has a different flavor.
