It is a kind of cake made with coffee and almonds with a very subtle touch of coffee liqueur, very rich and very easy to prepare. It is also perfect to be accompanied with some fresh milk or any shake of your choice.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 8 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups almond
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 6 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 4 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the yolks with the sugar.
Add the almonds, the vanilla essence and the coffee.
Apart whisk the egg whites to snow.
Sift the flour over the yolks and mix well.
Begin to incorporate the whites.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool and then make a few holes in the bread and add the coffee liqueur.

TIPS

You can add a little whipped cream on top and decorate with strawberries or cherries.
