Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease and flour a round mold 22 cm in diameter.
With the blender , beat butter, refined sugar and sifted sugar in a bowl until light and creamy. Add the eggs little by little, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and marmalade, beat until mixed.
Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and baking soda (sifted) alternating with milk. Move until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour into the mold and smooth the surface. Bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean. Leave in the mold for 15 minutes and unmold in a rack to cool.
For chocolate bitumen: Cut chocolate into small pieces. Melt it in the microwave in 10 seconds, taking care not to overdo it to avoid burning. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
Beat the cream in chantilly, adding the glass sugar little by little and then the chocolate.
Cut the cake in two halves and spread a bread disc with chocolate bitumen, place the other half on top and cover with the rest of the bitumen.
Garnish with cut strawberries in half (preserving the stem) and chocolate chips. Refrigerate preferably before consuming.
