  • 2 cups sugar, for brownie cake

Preparation

For brownie cake: melts 200 grams of chocolate with 200 grams of butter. Beat 4 eggs with 2 cups of sugar. Both preparations are united, vanilla essence is added and finally almost 1 cup of flour with royal baking powder. Put in a mold of 30x40 centimeters for 30 minutes in oven at 180 ° C.
After unmolding the cake on a platter, bring it to the table and put on top the pastry confectionery. If it is very hard to soften a little in the micro.
Put the meringues on top so that they stick together.
Beat the milk cream together with the cocoa and the tablespoons of dulce de leche. Put on top of the meringues.
Make the Italian meringue: with the sugar and a little water make a syrup with a hard ball at 115 ° C if you have a pastry thermometer. Beat the whites until stiff and add the syrup, always whisking over the egg whites until it cools. It is convenient to put under the bowl a bowl of ice to cool the meringue faster. Put on top of the cocoa cream and decorate to taste.
