Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the cake, beat the yolks with half the sugar at medium speed until they change color and fluff. Add the almond essence and add the butter.
On the other hand, beat the egg whites with the rest of the sugar until it forms hard peaks. It incorporates the clear ones very well to the previous preparation in an enveloping way. Add the powders and mix very well.
Divide the mixture into 4 small bowls, add 3 drops of dye to one, 2 to another and 1 to the third and mix very well each to paint, to 4 do not add color. Pour the mixes into cake molds of 22 cm in diameter, previously greased and floured. Bake for 20 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean. Chills and releases.
For the bitumen, add the butter with the icing sugar, add the vanilla essence and the cream to beat.
Divide the bitumen into 4 small bowls and paint one with 3 droplets of dye, another with 2 and the third with 1, leave the room without color. Mix very well. Refrigerate the bitumen 10 minutes before use.
Coat the cake in layers starting with the darkest color all the way down and ending with the lightest one. Cover with the bitumen using the darkest color and the lightest color to the top.
