It is an ideal cake for these times of crisis, rich, easy and economical and the intensity of the flavor will depend on your passion for coffee, you can even prepare it for a children's party.

  • 1 box vanilla cookie, rectangular (Mexican)
  • 4 tablespoons coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 kilo whipped cream
  • sprinkles, or colorful preserves


Heat the water and add the 4 tablespoons of coffee.
Beat rounds of approximately 200 gr of cream with two tablespoons of ready-made instant coffee and keep it refrigerated until use.
Submerge, do not soak the cookie in the already prepared coffee and place a layer of the cookies in a rectangular pastry dish. It is important not to soak the cookie to maintain the consistency of the cookie.
Once the first layer of cookies is finished, cover with a layer of the whipped cream that we prepare with the coffee.
Add another layer of cookies (if in the first layer the biscuits you placed them vertically, now this layer you will place them horizontally and so you will continue placing the layers of cookies a vertical layer, a horizontal layer) and cover again with the cream.
Continue making layers of cookies and covering them with the cream until you get 6 layers.
Finally cover all the cake with the rest of the creams and sprinkle the colored jams to decorate.


The decoration of the cake will depend on your event, the jams can be colored or just one color or use cherries in syrup.


For a better consistency and flavor, refrigerate the cake all night long. You can use pot coffee this will give a stronger flavor, only in this case I do not recommend it for children.
