Preparation
Heat the cream and butter in a bowl over medium heat. Stir until the butter is melted. Remove from heat and add white chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add mint liqueur and a few drops of artificial coloring.
Let the icing cool in a bowl and stir occasionally until it has the desired consistency.
