Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 stick butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin, grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • to taste walnut, necessary amount

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350F or 190 ° C.
Stir all dry and sifted ingredients.
Mix butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla with a blender .
Once mixed, we add the milk little by little.
Put the pumpkins to the butter mixture and then add flour and continue beating for a couple of minutes.
In a greased mold put the mixture and bake for 45 minutes or until the stick comes out clean.
