Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (350 ° F). Grease a 20 cm round mold and flour.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and the salt. Reserve.
Mash bananas, beat at low speed along with brown sugar and standard sugar.
Add the oil, the previously beaten eggs, the sour cream, the orange zest and the vanilla to the mixture.
Slowly, add parts of the flour, stir until everything is incorporated and place the mixture in the mold.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry. Remove from the oven and let cool.
