Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
1.- With a mixer mix the eggs, the sugar, the evaporated milk, the oil, the essence of vanilla, the flour of hot cakes and the baking powder.
2.- Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured mold, sprinkle the grated coconut on top of the mixture.
3.- Bake for 40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
4.- Mix the eggnog, the condensed milk and the evaporated milk with a balloon whisk until it is fully integrated.
5.- Bathe the cake with this mixture until it absorbs completely.
Ready to serve.
