Preheat the oven to 180
Refrigerate for 10 min before serving, and enjoy.
In two bowls, separate the egg whites from the yolks, add the water and remove, in the bowl of the yolks, add the sugar, vanilla and milk (50ml), beat until incorporated; sift flour, royal and salt and add to the mixture of the yolks already beaten, until well incorporated and set aside.
Beat the whites to the point of turron; incorporate the two mixtures in an enveloping manner.
Empty in a mold, one centimeter thick, so that it doubles its size.
Bake for 12min. Remove from the oven and let cool at room temperature for 10 min.
Take the glass, put a spoonful of strawberry jam, 25g of chantilly, with a circular cutter of the diameter of the glass, take out bread plates, and put on the chantilly, add the remaining 25ml of chantilly and decorate.
