Make this delicious roll of carrot cake. It's easier than you imagine, plus it tastes great. Take the carrot cake to the next level and serve this rich dessert to surprise your family.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 carrots, washed and peeled
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, powdered
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground clove
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, (for the filling)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature (for the filling)
  • 1 cup sugar, (for the filling)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup, (for the filling)
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream, (for the filling)
  • powdered sugar, to the taste to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Place waxed paper on an oven tray, grease the waxed paper with vegetable oil spray and sprinkle some flour.
Beat the eggs until they double in volume and add the sugar little by little.
Bake carrots in boiling water for 15 minutes or until very soft. Drain the water and blend the carrots to obtain a puree. Let it cool and add it to the previous mix.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, clove powder and salt.
Add the dry ones to the blender .
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
Bake at 190 ° C for 11-14 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and spread icing sugar on a cloth napkin without texture and turn it over.
Remove the waxed paper carefully and roll it up using the napkin and let it cool completely.
For the filling: Place the cream cheese in the blender until smooth and without lumps.
Add the glass sugar, previously sifted.
Add the maple syrup and the whipping cream.
Unroll the pumpkin sponge cake and spread the filling.
Rewind using the towel, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Decorate with raspberries, cherries and mint leaves. Sprinkle a little more icing sugar on top and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with fruit and mint leaves.

TIPS

Keep the whipped cream in the refrigerator until you use it.

Una receta sencilla y deliciosa... Cómo recomendación se debe corregir las indicaciones para preparar el relleno porque no dice en qué momento se pone la mantequilla... Por lo demás riquísima

Yo lo hice y me quedo muy rico Solo que al principio de envolver con el relleno se me partió pero después me quedo bien y sabía rica

No me salió bien Hice todo lo que decía pero al momento de ponerle el relleno se me partió un poco el rollo :( Y se me pego a la servilleta de tela que decía Sabe muy rico pero si serian buenos mas tips
