It is a rich spongy vanilla bread that goes to the center encapsulated in a strawberry milk gelatine. Everyone will love the surprise when you cut this delicious dessert into slices.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 vanilla flavor pancake, 20 cm diameter
  • 50 grams gelatin, hydrated in 250 ml of water
  • 1 liter strawberry yoghurt
  • 500 milliliters sour cream
  • 200 grams refined sugar
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • fruits, to decorate

Preparation

Prepare the mixture with yoghurt, cream and grenetina. With part of this mixture we lined the bottom of the aluminum mold of the number 22, that is to say, one centimeter remained around our free bread, to be able to encapsulate it. Then we put part of the mixture in the bottom of the mold of 22 cm, approximately half a centimeter, we put it to the refrigerator to set. Approximately 15 minutes.
We take out the mold with the bottom of gelatin yoghurt, place the bread in the center and finish to empty the mixture that covers walls and top, put back into the refrigerator, about 20 minutes
You take the mold out of the refrigerator and unmold it, so that it is easier and does not break the gelatin, I recommend you dip the aluminum mold in hot water to release the gelatin
You present it in a platter and decorate it to taste
