Preheat an oven to 180 ° C.
Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat to add them. Once they are fluffed and change color, begin to add the eggs one by one.
Incorporates flour, baking powder and spices. Continue beating.
Add yogurt and oil, alternating between oil and Oikos® Natural Yogurt.
Chop the cherries, raisins, walnuts and almonds. Mash them with the rum. Add them little by little to the previous mix. Continue beating and add the coloring (little by little).
Flour a mold with butter and flour. Pour the mixture you prepared and bake for 40 minutes or until the fruit cake is cooked in the center.
