A very rich and easy-to-make cake with a rich flavor and pineapple bitumen.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of flour sifted
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of royal baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 5 pieces of egg
  • 1 bar of Butter to grease the mold
  • 1 can of pineapple chopped
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 Cup of cream

    Preparation

    In a bowl beat the egg whites to the point of nougat, then add the beaten yolks to the point of ribbon, you will add the icing sugar with a sieve and vanilla, add flour sifted with royal and salt , mix well and empty to a previously greased and floured refractory mold.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 175 ° C, let cool and chop with a toothpick or fork but not to the bottom.
    For the bitumen: in a bowl, beat the cold cream with the sugar, stir with the pineapple and place on top of the cake.
