Ingredients

20 portions

  • 8 eggs
  • unsalted butter, 1/2 bar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 grams grated coconut
  • marmalade, the flavor you want

Preparation

Preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the yolks one by one and without stopping beating add the flour with the previously sifted baking powder. If it is slightly dry you can add a little milk.
Beat the egg whites until they are nougat, add the vanilla and the orange zest. Mix in an enveloping way until completely integrated. Place in greased and floured molds and bake for 45 minutes until inserting a toothpick comes out clean.
For the bitumen, beat the cream cheese with the milk jug. Decorate the cake with the bitumen and coconut.

TIPS

If the cake mix is slightly dry, add a little milk.
