It is a delicious meringue cake I recommend my recipe. Everyone will love it and you will be very happy with your guests.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • flour
  • Meringue
  • Water
  • milks
  • 2 eggs
  • chantilly cream

Preparation

Mix the flour with milk, water and eggs.
Beat until there is a thick dough.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Apply the dough to a container and put it in the oven for 180ºC for 20 min.
When ready, apply the chantilly on the edge of the cake and decorate with the meringues.

PRESENTATION

Decorate it with meringues or a special touch.

TIPS

For a better taste, refrigerate 15 minutes.
