Get ready to make pan-fried carrot cake in the easiest and most delicious way possible. If you have a craving for a delicious cake but you don't have an oven, don't worry, with this carrot cake recipe you can make it in your pan. We present you the carrot cake in a frying pan, which will be fluffy and its cream cheese and walnut bitumen will give it an incredible flavor. Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups carrot, grated
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped
  • Flavor Stone® skillet
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

In a bowl, sift together the flour, the baking soda, the salt, the ginger, the cardamom, the nutmeg and the cinnamon. Add the sugar and oil, add the eggs one by one, the carrot and the walnut until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Place the mixture in your Flavor Stone® skillet and cook over low heat for 1 hour. Chill and reserve.
For the bitumen, in a bowl add the butter, the cream cheese, the vanilla essence and the icing sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Spread the bitumen on the cake and place the fondant carrots. Enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with the rest of the bitumen and walnuts.

TIPS

To find out if your cake is already cooked, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean it is already ready. Let it cool before unmolding it.
