  • 2 1/4 cups of milk
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups of carrots grated
  • 1/2 Cup of nut finely chopped
  • 2 packages of cream cheese for bitumen (190 gc / u)
  • 3/4 of Cup of whipping cream for bitumen
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar for bitumen
  • to taste of green coloring
  • to taste of orange food color
  • enough of nut finely chopped and toasted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Mix the Three Star Hot Cakes Flour with milk, egg, butter, sugar, cinnamon, carrots and nuts.
    Pour into 2 previously greased and floured molds of 20 cm diameter and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and reserve
    For the bitumen: beat the cream cheese with the cream to beat and the sugar glass. Reserve ½ cup of bitumen.
    Add a bit of bitumen over a sponge cake, place the carrot cake on top and cover with the rest of the bitumen. Refrigerate the cake 20 minutes.
    Paint a part of bitumen that you reserved with green dye and another with orange dye. Place in pastry sleeves.
    Form the carrots in the center of the cake with the colored bitumens, decorate with nuts and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, accompanied by a cup of coffee.

    TIPS

    The carrot cake is very moist, so it is advisable not to store it for more than 2 days in refrigeration. You can add a spicier touch with ¼ teaspoon of ginger, nutmeg and a pinch of cloves.
