Ingredients

15 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons royal baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 cups carrot, finely grated
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 1 cup coconut, grated
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Grease a mold of thread with butter and put flour, leave it pending.
In the blender put the first 10 ingredients.
Made the mixture, put the carrot, the grated coconut and the walnut with a spatula in an enveloping way.
Put the mixture in the screw mold and put it in the oven for an hour.
It is turned off and left for 10 min.
For the bitumen, the cream cheese is placed in the blender , when it is creamy, the glass sugar is added, the mixture is made and the juice of a lemon is added.
Remove the cake from the mold, decorate it with the bitumen and add chopped nuts.

TIPS

Sift the flours so that the cake has a more spongy consistency.

Otra cosa, si el betún no te gusta como el que puse en la receta puedes cambiar el limon por vainilla y da un sabor mas dulce. Saludos

De verdad esta delicioso, te va a encantar!! y para reuniones lo hago en molde rectangular y parto en cuadros con poco betún, te aseguro que se acaban!!
