Hello, I share my favorite dessert, I love coffee and I imagine it with nothing more than accompanied by a good bread or cake. This recipe transforms it my way since bread or carrot pudding is one of my favorites. I hope you like it.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams raw sugar
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cups flour, plus 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1/4 cups bitter chocolate, molten
  • 1 cup carrot, finely grated
  • 3 teaspoons instant coffee, for coffee cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, for coffee cream
  • 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier, or coffee liqueur, for coffee cream
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk, for coffee cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, for coffee cream
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the eggs with the mashed sugar until they sponge.
Incorporate the milk and flour, little by little until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Add the baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa, melted chocolate and finally the striped carrots. Incorporate the ingredients well.
You can pour in individual molds or in a square cake mold and cut into small squares.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until the on stick comes out clean.
Let cool and serve bathed in coffee cream and decorate to your liking.
To prepare the coffee cream, in a small saucepan pour half a cup of water, coffee and sugar until they dissolve completely. Remove from heat, let cool a little, add the liquor, mix well, add condensed milk and vanilla, integrating everything well.

PRESENTATION

In a wide plate, place your mini cake and bathe it with the coffee cream and decorate it with the plate, either dropping small drops or uneven lines.

TIPS

For a better taste, you can prepare them a day before and keep well covered with non-stick plastic in the refrigerator. Cold people know better. Enjoy them!

Sería aun mejor que, junto a las medidas de los ingredientes, pusieran su equivalente en gramos.
