Pour the mixture into the removable mold.
Place the mold inside a larger mold with warm water. Bake at 150 ° C (300 ° F) for about 50 to 60 minutes, until the center of the cake is firm.
Cool to room temperature for one hour. Refrigerate until it sets before removing it from the mold.
Brandy sauce: Place 2 cups of white chocolate in a bowl. In addition, heat 1 cup of whipping cream in a saucepan only until it begins to boil.
