12 portions
  • 100 grams White chocolate
  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups White chocolate, for the sauce
  • 60 milliliters brandy, for the sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Preheat the oven to 150ºC (300ºF). Line with aluminum foil the outside of a removable mold of 25 centimeters in diameter. Grease the interior of the mold. Place the cream cheese, sugar and flour in a bowl; beat until acremar. Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition. Melt 112 grams white chocolate and incorporate it into the cream cheese mixture, beating with an electric mixer at low speed. While stirring, slowly add the vanilla and 1/2 cup of whipping cream. Pour the mixture into the removable mold.
Place the mold inside a larger mold with warm water. Bake at 150 ° C (300 ° F) for about 50 to 60 minutes, until the center of the cake is firm.
Cool to room temperature for one hour. Refrigerate until it sets before removing it from the mold.
Brandy sauce: Place 2 cups of white chocolate in a bowl. In addition, heat 1 cup of whipping cream in a saucepan only until it begins to boil.
Empty the hot cream over the white chocolate and mix everything with a wooden spoon until the chocolate melts. Add the brandy and continue mixing until everything is incorporated. Pour the sauce over the cold cake before serving.
