  • 2 cups of cinnamon cookie for the base
  • 1 Cup of nut for the base
  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for the base
  • 4 packages of cream cheese (190 gc / u) for the cheesecake
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream for the cheesecake
  • 2 1/2 cups of envinada cajetas for the cheesecake
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) for the cheesecake, hydrated and melted
  • to taste of cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet to decorate
  • to taste of nut chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Use your Braun® MultiQuick 725 processor to process cookies and nuts finely. Mix with melted butter.
    Pour into a cake mold 23 cm in diameter and compact with the help of a spoon. Reservation.
    Use the "bell" accessory of your Braun® MultiQuick 725 and add the cheese, add the whipping cream and the cajeta and continue accreting until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
    Add the grenetine in the form of thread, pour over the cookie base and let cool for 3 hours or until curdled. Desmolda.
    Decorate with cajeta and nuts.
