The cheesecake is always going to be the richest dessert you can prepare for your family, these original and fun Cheescake Christmas trees made with cream cheese with chocolate balls, covered with dark chocolate decorated with lots of Christmas will be the sensation.

  • 1 cup butter, melted for the base
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar, for the base
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa, for the base
  • 2 cups vanilla cookie, ground for the base
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the base
  • 1/4 cups walnut, for the cheesecake
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the cheesecake
  • 1 cup refined sugar, for the cheesecake
  • 3 cream cheeses, for the cheesecake (190g each)
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla, for the cheesecake
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip, white, for the cheesecake
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, (7 g / u hydrated and melted, for Cheesecake)
  • 2 cups dark chocolate, cast, to cover
  • enough lollipop stick
  • to taste chocolate, green and red, cast to decorate
  • to taste granillo, to decorate


For the base, in a bowl mix the ingredients until you get a masita, place the cookie base in a mold, refrigerate for 20 minutes, reserve.
For the cheescake, beat the cream to beat with the sugar, the cream cheese, the vanilla, add the white chocolate sparks and the essence of vanilla, add the grenetine in the form of thread and beat until integrating.
Pour the previous mixture into the mold on the cookie base and freeze until set. Remove from freezing, cut the cheesecake into equal triangles and insert the paddle sticks into the base.
Place the pallets on a rack and cover with melted chocolate. Refrigerate until the chocolate solidifies, decorate with green chocolate and red and colored granillo.


Decorate the trees in the shape of a Christmas tree place a bow on the pallette stick, enjoy.


Temper the grenetine before pouring it into a thread with a bit of the Cheescake mixture.
