One of the desserts that my family likes the most is the creamy Oreo cheesecake, ideal for any occasion. It is a simple recipe, where you will surprise all your guests with its rich chocolate flavor. Exquisite!

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 12 packages of Oreo cookie (4 cookies per package)
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of wheat flour
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of thick cream
  • 250 grams of chocolate frosting

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 325 ° C.
    Separate the creamer from 9 packets of cookies and crush them until they are powdered.
    Mix the crushed cookies with the butter and press on the bottom of the mold.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff and add 2/4 cup of sugar little by little to the egg whites, continuing to beat.
    Beat 1/4 cup of remaining sugar with the yolks until they are whitened.
    Beat the cream cheese and mix with the flour, the salt, the remaining sugar room and the thick cream.
    Incorporate the mixtures in an enveloping manner until they are incorporated.
    Split the cookies from the three remaining packages into pieces and add them to the final mixture.
    Pour the mixture into the mold with the cookie and bake for an hour and a half or until it is firm. Once you are ready turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the inside of this for an hour.
    Melt the chocolate covered in a bain-marie and pour it on top of the cheesecake and let it cool.
    Decorate with the separate cremita in the first step and enjoy!

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with vanilla ice cream.

    TIPS

    You can prepare it one night before.

    .. pequeño error en la temperatura ... espero estar mal pero en temperatura dice 325°c  ... creo que eran 325°f .. que son aproximadamente 150-160°c  pues si dejas una hora cualquier cosa a una temperatura tan alta .. ten por seguro que se hace ceniza .
