Preparation
Mix the hot water with the icing sugar until you get a caramel.
Mix the caramel with the cookies and the butter until you get a dough.
We place at the base of the container in which we are going to make the cheesecake.
Place the container in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Apart we mix condensed milk with cream cheese, 1 cup of milk and vanilla essence and put in the microwave for 1 min then add 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin and mix with a blender at medium speed while adding the other cup of milk .
We take out the base of the freezer and place the mixture on it and then leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Meanwhile we make the sauce, place the water with sugar and blackberries in a pan and mix until you get a sauce.
Divide the sauce in 2 parts and then add to one of them the other envelope of unflavored gelatin then mix it until there is no lump and then add the other part of the sauce.
We place the sauce on the cheesecake and reserve in the refrigerator until serving.
