Ingredients

8 servings
  • 6 packages of cream cheese (190 g c/u) or (6.7 oz each)
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of no-calorie sweetener or stevia
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of red fruit to decorate
  • 1 twig of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. (356 °F)
    In a bowl beat the cream cheese with the egg, the sweetener, the lemon juice, the lemon zest and the vanilla essence until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
    Pour the mixture into a mold, bump lightly to let the air escape and flatten with a spatula.
    Bake for 40 minutes covered until it forms a consistency.
    Chill in refrigerator and decorate with red fruits in the center along with mint. Serve a slice and enjoy

    PRESENTATION
