Preparation
To water bath melt the chocolate with the butter.
Once it is all melted add the cream and vanilla. Allow the mixture to cool.
Beat 2 eggs, sugar and add cream cheese until smooth.
Add the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese and continue whisking.
Pour over a cheesecake mold previously prepared with the crust cookie.
Bake at 160ºC for 2 hours or until firm.
Put in the fridge and once cold unmold.
