The chocolate cheesecake is a delicious dessert that we all love. You can eat it at any time of the day; as a dessert or as a snack in the afternoon.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 340 dark chocolates, in Little pieces
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 packages Philadephia cheese
  • 1 tablespoon walnut

Preparation

To water bath melt the chocolate with the butter.
Once it is all melted add the cream and vanilla. Allow the mixture to cool.
Beat 2 eggs, sugar and add cream cheese until smooth.
Add the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese and continue whisking.
Pour over a cheesecake mold previously prepared with the crust cookie.
Bake at 160ºC for 2 hours or until firm.
Put in the fridge and once cold unmold.
