Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 Philadelphia® cream cheeses
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 10 milliliters vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Marbú® cookies
  • 70 grams butter, melted

Preparation

Combine the ingredients of the base and line the bottom of a removable mold of 24 cm in diameter.
Beat the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
Add the sugar, cream, cornstarch, vanilla and eggs one by one.
Pour the mixture on the base.
Bake in a bain-marie for 90 min. in the oven preheated to 160 ° C.
Let cool and unmold.

PRESENTATION

Serve with red fruits or strawberry ice cream.

TIPS

Crush the ground cookies very well to achieve a well compacted crust. Refrigerate the dessert for at least two hours.
