  • 2 cups of chocolate cookie for the crust, without filling
  • 2 tablespoons of Hazelnut cream for the crust
  • 3/4 of cup of butter melted, for the crust
  • 1/2 cup of whipping cream for the cheesecake
  • 1/4 of cup of instant coffee for the cheesecake
  • 3 cups of bitter chocolate melted, for the cheesecake
  • 4 packages of cream cheese for the cheesecake
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk for the cheesecake
  • 2 envelopes of gelatin for the cheesecake, hydrated and melted
  • 1 cup of whipping cream hot, for frosting
  • 2 cups of bitter chocolate chopped, for frosting
  • enough of milk chocolate grated, to decorate
  • enough of Coffee grains to decorate
  • enough of matizer golden, to decorate

Preparation

Use your Braun® MultiQuick 725 processor to blend the cookies finely. Mix with the cream of hazelnuts and melted butter until you form a paste.
Pour into a cake mold 23 cm in diameter and press down to make it compact with the help of a spoon. Refrigerate.
Heat a small pot over medium heat with whipping cream and dissolve the chocolate and coffee to form a ganache, reserve.
Use the "bell" accessory of your Braun® MultiQuick 725 and cream the cheese to soften. Together with the condensed milk, add the previous preparation until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Add the unflavored gelatin in a thin thread, and cream to make a smooth mixture. Pour over cookie crust and let cool until set.
Meanwhile, use the "bell" accessory on your Braun® MultiQuick 725 and emulsify the hot whipping cream with the dark chocolate. Chill
Pour ¾ of the chocolate mixture on the cheesecake and return to refrigerate until it hardens. Place the rest of the mixture in a pastry sleeve with a curly tip and refrigerate.
Unmold he cheesecake and decorate with rosettes made from the chocolate mixture, grated milk chocolate and coffee beans painted with gold tones, Enjoy
