Have fun with your children preparing this fun recipe: a creamy colored cheesecake, with a base of orange cookies and colorful sparks, served with whipped cream. It is the ideal dessert for this holiday!

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 cups of cookie of orange, for the base
  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter For the base (cast)
  • 1/4 of Cup of sprinkles For the base
  • 4 packages of cream cheese (190 gc / u) For the cheesecake
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream For the cheesecake
  • 1 1/2 cups of condensed milk For the cheesecake
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla For the cheesecake
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7g each) hydrated and melted, For the cheesecake
  • enough of Vegetable food coloring rose, For the cheesecake
  • enough of Vegetable food coloring blue, For the cheesecake
  • enough of Vegetable food coloring yellow, For the cheesecake
  • enough of Vegetable food coloring purple, For the cheesecake
  • 1 Cup of whipped cream to decorate
  • 1/4 of Cup of sprinkles to decorate

    Preparation

    Place the cookies in a bag, with the help of a roller, beat until you get a fine powder.
    Mix in a bowl the crushed cookies with the butter and the sparks of colors.
    Place on a cake base 23 cm in diameter and with the help of a spatula crush to compact.
    For the cheesecake, add the cream cheese, add the whipping cream, the condensed milk and whisk for 5 minutes, add the essence of vanilla and grenetina.
    Divide the mixture into 4 parts, paint each mixture in a different color.
    With the help of a spoon, add the mixtures little by little, interspersing the colors until the mold is filled. Refrigerate until it warms.
    Unmold the cheesecake and decorate with whipped cream and colorful sparks.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, decorated with whipped cream, sparks of colors, served with a glass of milk.

    TIPS

    If you start to set the grenetina, place the mixtures in a bain-marie and with the help of a balloon whisk, beat vigorously.
