Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup sugar, refined
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cups vegetable shortening
  • vegetal color additives, (red, green and coffee color)
  • 2 vanilla frosting

Preparation

Preheat oven to 170 ° C and prepare the molds of the cupcakes by putting a little layer for each one.
In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl beat the 1/2 cup of butter until it forms peaks, add the sugar and beat until well blended, add one egg at a time.
Start to introduce the flour mixture little by little into the butter until it is completely incorporated. Add a tablespoon of vanilla and mix for 2 minutes.
Divide the dough into the cupcake mold and bake for 10 minutes or until ready. Allow to cool before adding the bitumen.
Divide the bitumen into 3 bowls, and paint one with a little red coloring to make a pink, another green and another coffee. Use one pot to paint pink and divide the other to paint green and brown.
On a table lined with aluminum, arrange a cupcake in the middle and six cupcakes surrounding it to make a flower, do this twice more. At about 10 cm below the flowers put two separate cupcakes to be the flower plants.
In the 3 cupcakes in the middle of each flower add the coffee brown (it can be with the help of a duya), in the 6 cupcakes of each flower, spread the pink polish (these are the petals, you can use a duya to help you), finally In the cupcakes below the flowers put the green bitumen and make a thick line between the two cupcakes. You can put more details to make the cake look more beautiful.
