This cake is ideal for a children's party, try this delicious combination of fruit with ganache your family will love.

Ingredients

  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 70 milliliters olive oil
  • 75 milliliters Water
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • nutmeg powder, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10 milliliters almond liqueur
  • 100 grams powder sugar
  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams flour
  • 454 guanabanas
  • 125 milliliters Water
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 on gelatin
  • 300 grams chocolate, , chopped
  • 120 grams butter

Preparation

For the cake, in a microwave bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa, the olive oil, between 60 and 150 ml of water, the sugar, the baking powder, the nutmeg, the vanilla essence and the cinnamon. Beat until you get a compact consistency and a uniform brown color; clean the walls of the bowl and bake in the microwave at maximum power for 8 - 10 minutes; let cool for 7-10 minutes approximately and unmold on a rack.
For the biscuit, beat the yolks with the almond liqueur until it has a uniform color, add the icing sugar and keep beating until a compact mass is added, add the butter and the flour until a soft dough, cut small circles and bake 10 - 15 minutes.
Cut the center of the cake 1.5 cm in diameter and cut the cake horizontally. For the cream, liquefy the pulp of guanabana with the water; Add the previously hydrated gelatin in 1/4 cup of water and dissolved in a water bath, mix until integrated.
For the ganache, heat the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds until it is melted, add the butter and mix until integrated.
Place a little ganache in the cookie and cover with another cookie, repeat the procedure until you finish with the cookies which will be used to fill the center of the cake. Fill the cake with the same ganache and cover with the bread. Decorate with a circle of guanabana cream, one of ganache until finishing with the cake.
