Ingredients

15 portions
  • 8 eggs
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • orange zest
  • 300 grams flour
  • 200 grams chocolate
  • 400 milliliters whipping cream
  • strawberry jams
  • 100 grams powdered sugar

Preparation

Beat the eggs with the sugar until they sponge. incorporate the vanilla while stirring.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and surround it to the mixture of the eggs.
Add the orange zest avoiding to beat too much.
Put in a previously greased mold and bake at 180 ° for 30 minutes or until it is cooked and a little browned.
In a pot put 100 ml of whipping cream and 200 g of chocolate, until it melts completely. Let cool.
Beat the whipped cream with the icing sugar until it forms peaks.
When the cake is ready. We take out of the oven and let cool.
Cut it on top so that it is slightly sunken and put the strawberry jam.
Bathe with chocolate ganache and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
