Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease and flour two round baking molds of 20 centimeters in diameter.
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they are fluffed, about 1 minute. Add the cake flour, water and canola oil; Keep beating for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Divide the cake batter into 6 different bowls. Add a little coloring to a bowl and beat well. If necessary, add more colorant until the desired shade is reached. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the colors and the paste in the different bowls.
Put the dough into tablespoons in greased molds, alternating colors. Use a toothpick to stir colors and achieve a swirling effect.
Bake until the stick test passes, between 30 and 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave in the pan for 10 minutes before unmolding them on a rack to cool completely.
