  • 1 Biscuit, of chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 135 milligrams sugar
  • 90 grams flour
  • 25 grams cocoa powder
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 on instant chocolate mousse
  • 60 grams cream, base
  • 125 grams bitter chocolate
  • 500 milliliters cream
  • 2 leaves gelatin, of gelatin
  • 1 chocolate, ganache to glaze
  • 350 grams bitter chocolate
  • 350 grams condensed milk, sugarfree
  • 1 box Chocolate Truffle, to decorate
  • 50 milliliters Water
  • 350 grams milk chocolate


Beat the yolks and sugar, sift the flour with the cocoa and ender on a baking sheet, then cut in circles, bake at 180 centric for an approximate time between 15 - 20 minutes
For the cream based: While the sugar is cooked with water, beat the yolks. When the sugar begins to take color, add to the cream of the yolks beat at low speed.

Cream Ganache: Cook the condensed milk so that it is toffee (with caramel texture) and we add it to the chocolate that we have melted.
Cut the cake into circles, then place it in a mold and cover it with the mousse and so on with all the discs until the mousse is finished and put it in the fridge so that it takes consistency
Heat the ganache cream to a bain-marie and glaze the cake.
We decorate with chocolate and cream truffles and the other with chocolate and condensed milk
