Delicious and fluffy cake that melts in your mouth. The mixture of chocolate and caramel is very successful, since it has the perfect balance in sweetness. It's a dessert that will make you look good wherever you take it. Prepare it and be happy with everyone.

Ingredients

9 portions
  • 250 grams margarine
  • 140 grams chocolate frosting
  • 4 eggs
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup candy

Preparation

In a frying pan place the sugar with the water and vanilla essence, mix over medium heat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place the chocolate with margarine and caramel in a bain-marie.
On the other hand, put in a bowl the eggs and mix. We toss the mixture of chocolate butter and caramel, mix and add the flour.
Pour the dough into a mold, smearing it with butter.
We bake 20 minutes at 180ºC with the pre-heated oven. We check that it is cooked, in this case the other way around than with the rest, it should look dry on the outside, but if we introduce a toothpick it should come out with dough.

PRESENTATION

It can also be accompanied by ice cream, chocolate, bain-marie, English cream, etc.
