An exquisite dessert ideal for any occasion, the chocolate and honey pump with Greek style yoghurt is the perfect combination to share with the people you love the most.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup 70% cocoa chocolate
  • 4 Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% Honey
  • 16 tablespoons butter, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cups flour, sifted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Prepare 8 molds or ramekins, grease with butter and flour.
Place a circle of waxed paper down each ramekin.
In a pot with water melt the chocolate, the honey of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% Honey and butter.
Beat the sugar, egg yolks and eggs until soft peaks form.
Fold the chocolate mixture in the egg mixture and then fold the flour.
Pour the mixture into the molds (ramekins) and bake in the center of the oven for 6 minutes, or until the cupcakes have risen above the molds.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
To serve, unmold in the center of the dish with a spoonful of Yogurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% and add the remaining honey.
