Preparation
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff and reserve. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In another bowl beat the butter together with the sugar and beat until you get a creamy consistency. Add the yolks one by one and continue beating. Mix the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa powder, and incorporate them into the mixture. Add the wine glass and the raisins and beat until everything is well incorporated.
Then add the mixture little by little to the egg whites that we already had to the point of snow and beat in an enveloping and smooth way until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Pour into a previously floured and greased mold and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean at 180 degrees.
Let cool and unmold, decorate with icing sugar.
