Chocolate Cake with Marshmallow and Coconut Bitumen

If you were looking for a chocolate cake recipe to prepare with your children, this can help you. The mixture to make this cake has hotcake flour, so it is very simple and the ingredients are easy to get. Its white chocolate and marshmallow filling is a very sweet way to pamper the palate and to make it look good, do not forget to refrigerate the bitumen before covering the cake, so that it is firmer.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of pancake flour for the cake
  • 2 1/2 cups of milk for the cake
  • 3 eggs for the cake
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter melted, for cake
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar for the cake
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa for the cake
  • 2 1/2 cups of whipping cream for bitumen
  • 1/2 Cup of White chocolate finely chopped, for bitumen
  • 1 Cup of marshmallows cut into small pieces, for bitumen
  • 1/2 Cup of grated coconut and toasted, for the filling
  • 1 Cup of grated coconut to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Mix the hot cakes flour with milk, egg, butter, sugar and cocoa.
    Pour the mixture into 3 molds of 20 cm in diameter, previously greased and floured, and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
    In a pot over medium heat, heat the whipping cream. Then add the chocolate and marshmallows; Mix until it has a homogeneous consistency. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Beat the refrigerated mixture until doubled in size, return to refrigeration for one hour and then place in a pastry bag. Reservation.
    On a table and with the help of a knife match the biscuits, place the filling and the roasted grated coconut; Repeat this step 2 more times.
    Cover the cake with more bitumen and coconut. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Cover with coconut and accompany with coffee.
