Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C, grease and flour a cake pan.
In a large bowl combine the flour, chocolate pudding, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Reserve.
In another bowl mix the hot coffee with the cocoa powder until it dissolves, gradually add the milk and the vanilla extract. Reserve.
Add the applesauce until well blended, add the egg and the egg whites until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Add a little of the reserved dry ingredients and a little of the liquid mixture and alternate until you have finished adding both mixtures. Beat until everything is well mixed.
Add the Greek Type Yoghurt FAGE Total 0% and beat slightly to combine.
Empty the mixture in the mold and bake for 40 minutes or until a stick comes out clean.
Unmold and sprinkle with the powdered sugar and the grated chocolate.
