Mix flour with sugar, salt and baking soda. The cocoa is added and everything is mixed well. 3 holes are made with the finger, in one the oil is poured, in another the vinegar, and in another the vanilla. Add the glass of water and mix carefully. We put it in the mold and put it in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool. For coverage, we undo cornstarch with water. When there is no lumps, we put it in a saucepan and put it to heat. We add the chocolate and stir while it is falling apart. When it is done, let it temper and throw over the sponge cake that will be already cold. We put in the refrigerator at least 12 hours. We take a few minutes before tasting and prepare to give us a good binge of chocolate.
The mold that is used is a square 20x30.
