  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, (for the cake)

  • 1 cup flour, (for the cake)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted, for the sponge cake
  • 250 grams bitter chocolate, (for the chocolate sauce)
  • 1 cup butter, (for the chocolate sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons milk, (for the chocolate sauce)
  • 1/2 tablespoons liquid vanilla, (for the chocolate sauce)
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar, (for the chocolate sauce)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • to taste Fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • to taste red cherry

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume, about 5 minutes. Add the vanilla and powders little by little. Add the melted butter in the form of thread without stopping.
Spread in a tray with waxed paper or silicone mat and bake 12 minutes. Turn over hot on waxed paper with sugar and put a damp cloth on top, cool completely.
For the cover, in a pot heat the butter with the chocolate and mix until melted.
Add sugar, vanilla and milk, mix until integrated. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Beat the cream to beat until firm peaks and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Sprinkle icing on waxed paper and flip the cake, remove the waxed paper and spread a light layer of the chocolate sauce; on this spreads the whipped cream; Roll the sponge with the waxed paper and make it as tight as possible.
Spread the rest of the chocolate sauce on a roll and with the help of a fork form the marks of a log and let it cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Decorate with cherries, mint and a little sifted glass sugar.

PRESENTATION

Serve the dessert on a rectangular white plate.

TIPS

To smooth the chocolate coating, wet the spatula a little and smooth the edges.

Receta totalmente errónea, fue un desperdicio de productos. Muy mal. Si pudiera no le doy ni una estrella, pero para enviar mi opinión tengo que valorar.
