Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 Cup of flour for the cake
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa for the cake
  • 2 pinches of Salt for the cake
  • 6 pieces of egg for the cake
  • 1 Cup of sugar for the cake
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence for the cake
  • 1 Cup of peach jam
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate
  • 230 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 25 milliliters of honey
  • 65 grams of Butter
  • to taste of Chocolate coins to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl add flour, cocoa and salt, mix until integrated.
    In a blender , beat eggs with sugar and vanilla essence until doubled in size.
    With the help of a sieve add the dry ingredients little by little without lowering the mixture too much, divide the preparation into three previously greased and floured cake molds. Bake for 15 to 20 min.
    For the cover, in a small bowl heat the cream to beat and add the bitter chocolate, honey and butter, mix well until integrating, let cool for 10 minutes
    Place a cake sponge and spread with a little peach jam, place the other sponge cake and repeat.
    Place the cake on a rack and pour the chocolate coating over the whole cake. Cover completely with the help of a stepped spatula. Let dry and decorate with chocolate coins.

    PRESENTATION

    On a revolving base, decorated with bitter chocolate coins, accompanied by a glass of cold milk.

    TIPS

    To make the cake a little more moist you can wet it with peach syrup.
