Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams bitter chocolate
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 260 grams egg yolk, (13 buds approximately)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 60 grams egg white, (2 clear approximately)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 package raspberry

Preparation

Melt butter and bitter chocolate in a bain-marie.
In a bowl, assemble the yolks and the 50 gr of sugar.
Mix the chocolate with the yolks.
In another bowl, lift the egg whites with the sugar and nougat. Once raised mix with the chocolate in an enveloping way.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Enquillaquillar and flour the glass molds and empty the mixture in each mold.
Bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with raspberries, a mint leaf. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

TIPS

You can leave more or less time in the oven, it depends on how much lava you want to leave the volcano.
