Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 kilo flour, ready for cake
  • 300 milliliters Water
  • 200 milliliters oil
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups whipping cream, for bitumen
  • 1 cup brown sugar, for bitumen
  • 2 sticks chocolate, in pieces

Preparation

The cake: 1. Sift the flour in a bowl. 2. Pour the water, oil and eggs. 3. Beat at medium speed until there is a uniform mixture. 4. Pour into a floured mold and place in the preheated oven at 180 ° for 50 min or until a stick comes out clean.
For the bitumen: 1. Heat the cream, sugar and pieces of chocolate on the stove. 2. Beat the mixture in a bowl of frozen metal, if you prefer you can use another larger mold with ice as the base of the mold that you will use to maintain a temperature of about -4 °. 3. Beat the mixture at high temperature until a firm mixture remains. 4. When the cake has cooled, embed it and ready.

PRESENTATION
